What you will do

• Gather requirements for new functionalities and communicate them clearly to the Scrum team.
• Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand, prioritize, and plan incoming work.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SaaS vendors to ensure alignment.
• Support change risk assessments for upcoming releases and changes.
• Manage security issues and incoming support tickets within the HR domain.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience delivering IT change initiatives in Performance, Succession, and Learning Management.
• Extensive experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience working in Agile Scrum and DevOps environments.
• Hands-on experience with HR applications.
• English: C1+ (Excellent written and verbal communication)

Nice to have

• Dutch language proficiency.
