What you will do

• Translate business, customer, and portfolio requirements into structured, traceable solution specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end requirements management framework, including baselining, change control, and quality reviews.
• Coordinate alignment between Product Portfolio, Solution Owners, and Engineering teams to ensure integrated execution.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution verification and UAT to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Analyze customer requirements to drive portfolio insights and strategic product development.

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or BEng in Industrial, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Proven expertise in the full business analysis lifecycle, including elicitation and process modelling.
• Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering and product management environments.
• Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect), SQL, and BI tools.
