• Forecast workloads, manage budgets, and allocate resources across multiple sites.
• Drive digital transformation and AI best practices within the proposal development cycle.
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive proposal plans aligned with win strategies.
• Chair color-team reviews and ensure compliance with complex solicitation requirements.
• Manage post-submission activities including oral presentations and lessons-learned debriefs.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required due to government security clearance requirements.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Extensive experience as a Proposal Manager for large competitive government pursuits.
• Proven ability to manage teams under tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience interfacing with executive-level management.
