What you will do

• Establish the PMO, including methodologies, tooling, templates, and delivery standards.
• Create a single intake process for technology work with transparent prioritization and portfolio visibility.
• Run program-level governance, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and stage-gate discipline.
• Manage external delivery partners and ensure accountability against contracted milestones.
• Report technology metrics, budget vs. actuals, and commitment status to executive leadership and the board.
• Coordinate vendor exits and insourcing transitions through knowledge transfer and closure criteria.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 8+ years of program and project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading a PMO or major transformation program.
• Proven success in establishing PMO capabilities in environments with minimal formal processes.
• Strong financial literacy with experience in budget tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field preferred.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with private equity backed companies.
• Experience with order-to-cash, ERP, or data platform programs.
• Exposure to organizational change management during restructuring.
