Product Management Intern

TL;DR

Product Management Intern (Digital Product): Supporting the Digital Product team in managing the full product lifecycle for hospitality tools with an accent on requirements gathering, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on analyzing user feedback and product data to shape features for our booking platform and internal tools.

Location: Must be based in or legally permitted to work in the Netherlands and available for an in-person role in Amsterdam.

What you will do

• Support Product Managers in defining requirements and writing user stories across multiple digital product areas.
• Act as a bridge between engineering, UX, marketing, sales, and end-users.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and product demos while managing documentation and follow-ups.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze product usage data and user feedback to inform feature improvements.
• Assist in the development of the company app, booking platform, and internal tools.

Requirements

• Enrolled at a University or University of Applied Sciences (WO/HBO) in Business, UX, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Legally permitted to work and live in the Netherlands.
• Available for a full-time (40 hours/week) in-person role in Amsterdam for 6-7 months.
• Experience or coursework in product management, data analysis, or software development.
• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Jira, or Figma.
