What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the buyer journey.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive outcomes in discovery, onboarding, and retention.
• Design and evaluate a rigorous A/B testing agenda to optimize funnel performance.
• Partner with data science and ML teams to improve recommendation and personalization algorithms.
• Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and testing of new customer experiences.
• Communicate strategy and performance metrics to senior and C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in consumer e-commerce or marketplaces.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end customer journeys.
• Strong data-driven mindset with extensive experience in A/B testing and funnel analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous opportunities into clear, executable product plans.
• Experience working with recommendation systems, search, and machine learning applications.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Amsterdam.
