What you will do

• Develop product category strategies by analyzing consumer insights, market dynamics, and competitors.
• Identify portfolio gaps and assess opportunities to feed the innovation roadmap.
• Collaborate with Product Project Managers to represent the consumer throughout the development process.
• Create and own project business cases to evaluate revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Brief marketing and design teams to ensure consistent, consumer-centric representation across touchpoints.
• Manage full product lifecycle activities, including improvements, extensions, and end-of-life planning.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid setup).

Nice to have

• Experience with technology-intensive or complex innovation programs.
• Affinity with food, cooking, and global consumer food preparation trends.
