What you will do

• Drive strategic implementation of active portfolio management at the regional and product levels.
• Partner with underwriting teams to deliver analytical insights and optimize portfolio performance.
• Identify and evaluate the ROI of high-impact analytical models and project pipelines.
• Collaborate with actuarial teams to ensure underwriting actions are quantified and integrated into pricing.
• Lead training and enablement initiatives to promote data-driven decision-making.
• Champion the adoption of automation and advanced analytics across the organization.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• 8–15+ years of experience in analytics, pricing, underwriting, or portfolio management within US Commercial/Specialty lines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of actuarial principles and insurance data.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders from line underwriters to executives.
• Exceptional communication skills and commercial acumen.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Professional certifications such as ACAS/FCAS, CPCU, ASA, PMP, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience working within a business unit or underwriting function.
