What you will do

• Manage mid-size projects and significant segments of large projects related to risk and control.
• Act as a consultant to business lines to identify and resolve complex risk issues.
• Perform root cause analysis, remediation, and validation of identified issues.

• Coach employees and coordinate the sharing of knowledge across the team.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in governance and control (issues management, audit, compliance, or risk oversight).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
