What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain complex Power Automate workflows and Cloud Flows.
• Automate business processes using approvals, notifications, and data processing workflows.
• Integrate Power Platform with external systems via REST APIs, HTTP connectors, and JSON.
• Utilize the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Implement automation for dynamic application workflows integrated with the client's Case Management System.
• Define technical best practices and provide guidance for automation solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-level workflows.
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, JSON, and data mapping.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
