Focus on delivering high-quality functional documentation, leading client workshops, and leveraging AI-enabled delivery standards to ensure operational excellence.

Location: Must be based in Morocco, operating on a hybrid model with 2–3 days per week in the office in Casablanca.

What you will do

• Provide functional consulting expertise across the full managed services lifecycle, including incident resolution and post-go-live support.
• Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and user acceptance testing activities.
• Analyze business processes and recommend practical solutions aligned with platform capabilities.
• Produce high-quality functional documentation, including business requirements and design documents.
• Leverage AI-assisted delivery tools to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior consultants through knowledge sharing and peer reviews.

Requirements

• Must be based in Morocco.
• Strong experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
• Excellent knowledge of Finance, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Purchasing, Inventory, and Manufacturing modules.
• Proven experience within Managed Services, Application Support, or Consultancy environments.
• Strong business process analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Understanding of service management and ITIL-aligned practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with LS Retail.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications.
• Experience working with AI-enabled delivery methodologies or automation tools.
• Broad business process knowledge across service operations and warehousing.
