What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary finance team providing analysis for orders, sales, EBIT, and cash forecasting.
• Direct financial reporting and implement Earned Value Management (EVMS) processes for program performance.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial planning models to support program decisions.
• Collaborate with program, engineering, and acquisition stakeholders to align financial strategy with mission objectives.
• Mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional growth.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a US Security Clearance (Secret level).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skills.
• Experience in orders, sales, EBIT, and cash forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel pivot tables, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, COBRA, or Oracle.
• Basic knowledge and utilization of AI.
• Experience in dashboard visualization and creation.
• Experience managing subordinates in an L-coded position.
