What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of Maximo’s capital plan, managing financial analysis, models, and diligence processes.
• Direct debt and equity fundraising activities, coordinating with hirify.global and external investors.
• Oversee FP&A and cash management, including short- and long-term forecasting and management reporting.
• Develop unit economics and create commercial decision support processes.
• Define and implement the finance systems and process roadmap, leveraging AES platforms where appropriate.
• Perform hands-on financial modeling, reporting, and transaction work while scaling the finance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Arlington, VA, US.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Hands-on experience managing cash flow and fundraising processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
