What you will do

• Perform telephonic screening, brief interventions, and referrals to specialty treatment providers.
• Provide coaching using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate care between members and providers, identifying the appropriate level of care.
• Deliver in-the-moment support and safety planning for members in crisis.
• Document patient progress in EHR systems and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

• Required mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience with chronic and severe mood and anxiety disorders.
• Experience with diagnostic assessment, triage, and motivational interviewing.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments, preferably training in DBT.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital platforms.
