What you will do
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant part of the Ocean service.
- Lead prioritization, planning, and release activities for ambitious and innovative cloud products.
- Conduct deep product discovery through direct customer engagement, research, and data analysis.
- Build high-trust relationships across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, and Technical Support teams.
- Translate complex technical challenges in workload optimization into product requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- 6+ years of technical experience across DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, FinOps, or Product Management.
- Deep practical knowledge of Kubernetes workload optimization, including rightsizing, autoscaling, and capacity management.
- Demonstrable success in a B2B SaaS environment working across the full product development lifecycle.
- Degree in Computer Science or another STEM subject.
- Exceptional communication skills to bring clarity to complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD practices, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
