What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to break down complex problems into shippable steps and drive sprint planning.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for Kubernetes data protection and virtualization environments.
• Build compelling demos and proofs of concept to evangelize product capabilities to customers and partners.
• Engage directly with customers and sales teams to identify growth opportunities and gather feedback.
• Define and track success metrics to inform future product development and strategy.
• Strengthen the ecosystem through tighter integration with alliance and technology partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenShift).
• Proven track record of shipping products and bringing new capabilities to market.
• Strong data-centric mindset with the ability to form convictions through rigorous analysis.
• Ability to influence without authority and communicate effectively with engineers and leadership.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner activities, and industry conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience in the data protection industry, including storage and database ecosystems.
• Active participation or contributions in the CNCF or open-source cloud-native community.
• Background in sales engineering, DevOps, or technical marketing engineering.
