Technical Product Owner (Cloud Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Translate product strategy into a sequenced backlog of user stories and acceptance criteria for the Core Services team to ensure continuous delivery.
• Lead the iterative feedback loop of discovery, definition, building, releasing, and measuring to increase learning velocity.
• Conduct regular customer calls (3-5 per week) to validate assumptions and identify friction in cloud operator workflows.
• Partner with engineering leads to balance technical tradeoffs and ensure product intent is maintained during implementation.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, activation, and reliability signals for foundational platform capabilities.
• Ensure product requirements account for real-world cloud environments, including IAM boundaries, auditability, and safety guardrails.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Solutions Architect building for public cloud infrastructure.
• Must be based remotely in the US East Coast, EMEA, or Israel.
• Deep technical fluency in cloud fundamentals: IAM, networking, compute, Kubernetes, and observability across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to reason about complex distributed systems and architectural tradeoffs.
• Proven product sense for converting ambiguous problems into clear, shippable value without waiting for perfect information.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical experts and customers.
