What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and roadmap for a portfolio of digital products across cloud, compute, and storage.
• Execute product vision and annual commitments while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends and influence product direction.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture decisions and solution design for effective delivery.
• Establish and monitor product KPIs to evaluate performance and optimize value delivery.
• Mentor product talent and promote agile best practices and a product-centric mindset across teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, scoping, and backlog ownership for digital products.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coaching, mentoring, and leading global teams.
• Proven experience applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Strong knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Experience with enterprise technology environments including Linux, Windows, databases, or mainframe platforms.
