What you will do

• Build and document a clear framework for applying group accounting policies across international entities.
• Own the international statutory compliance calendar, monitoring filing deadlines and audit obligations.
• Design automated, controls-driven workflows to scale reporting across 27 global entities.
• Draft technical accounting position papers on complex judgments like revenue recognition and lease accounting.
• Provide technical sign-off on material disclosures and resolve auditor queries.
• Support the transition from NetSuite to SAP by designing scalable accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP and FRS 102/IFRS.
• Experience in Big 4 or large multinational groups with complex statutory reporting.
• Ability to work across different time zones in a global organization.
• Advanced proficiency in GSuite, Excel, and accounting systems like NetSuite or SAP.
