Senior Product Manager - Multiproduct Experience Enablement (Fintech)

Location: New York; hybrid setup. The company is currently operating remotely and plans to transition to a hub-centric hybrid strategy with hubs in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Rio de Janeiro, and São Paulo.

What you will do

• Own the self-service Flow Platform, including agent and flow configuration, reusable primitives, administration tools, catalogs, versioning, launch gates, rollout, and rollback.
• Enable domain teams throughout onboarding, migration, launch, and continuous improvement by turning recurring needs into reusable platform capabilities.
• Define flow-level testing, evaluation, experimentation requirements, standard scenarios, launch criteria, and success metrics.
• Partner with CX Platform and Support on human handoff workflows, including context transfer, cancellation, reclaim, return to automation, and service-level agreements.
• Establish platform governance and operationalize experience, safety, localization, compliance, and proactive-flow standards through tooling and launch processes.

Requirements

• Strong technical product-management background with experience partnering closely with engineering teams on complex platform or infrastructure products.
• Experience with API products, developer platforms, internal tools, workflow systems, or products used primarily by technical or operational teams.
• Ability to understand system architecture, service boundaries, data flows, integration patterns, and technical trade-offs and translate them into product requirements.
• Experience defining reusable primitives, interfaces, governance, and self-service capabilities for multiple independent teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Compliance, Support, and platform consumers, including migrations and change management.
• Advanced English is required.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks, observability, release management, experimentation, or AI evaluation.
