Technical Lead (Coupa)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical lead for Coupa and related procurement technologies.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations (APIs, middleware, data mapping) between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
• Configure Coupa workflows, forms, and business rules to support scalable business operations.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs and evaluate technical approaches.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology vendors.

Requirements

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the Coupa platform and Supplier Information Management (SIM).
• Extensive experience with supplier master data and procure-to-pay processes.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex enterprise integrations ensuring data integrity.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the position and associated benefits.
• Ability to occasionally travel to corporate or client offices for onsite work.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting or integrating with Tangoe or Rivermine.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion, or other ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting procurement technology modernization or ERP transformation initiatives.
