What you will do

• Lead the technical workstream for large-scale PeopleSoft Financials finance transformation initiatives.
• Define and oversee integration strategies between PeopleSoft, Oracle applications, and third-party systems.
• Provide strategic oversight of solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with C-level executives and finance leaders to align technology with business objectives.
• Drive technical governance, standards, and quality assurance across complex program workstreams.
• Mentor project teams and facilitate executive steering committee discussions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience with PeopleSoft, specifically PeopleSoft Financials.
• Proven track record leading multiple large-scale ERP implementations or transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in enterprise integration architecture and middleware technologies.
• Must be based in the United States to support nationwide client needs.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to CIOs, CFOs, and executive leadership.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and enterprise business operations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or hybrid PeopleSoft/Oracle environments.
• Background in Big Four or major consulting firm environments.
