What you will do

• Resolve complex incidents for products deployed in high-security environments.
• Participate in the commissioning and deployment of security products.
• Collect and analyze customer needs and improvement proposals.
• Support the design and maintenance of infrastructures associated with cross-domain products.
• Contribute to the deployment and update of platforms, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required
• Experience in communications infrastructure or cybersecurity.
• Strong knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, and routers.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Tres Cantos, Madrid, Spain
