Focus on simulation studies, optimization of system performance capabilities, and communicating intermediate and final results through clear documentation and presentations.

What you will do
- Model operational environments and run computer simulations to study system behavior and recommend alternative architectures with guidance.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and analysis for engagement/mission-level scenarios to assess survivability, effectiveness, and overall system performance.
- Conduct simulation studies aimed at enhancing and optimizing system performance capabilities.
- Prepare, document, and deliver presentations to collect data and communicate intermediate and final results.
- Support additional assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Systems Engineering or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including excellent mathematical skills.
- Experience with analytical methods and data visualization.
- Understanding of software development, simulation, dynamics, control theory, and hardware interfaces.
- Ability to collaborate in a diverse, multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

- Base salary range for this full-time role: $75,000–$156,000 (base salary only).
