What you will do

• Lead the design, build, and testing of pharmacy and medication use applications.
• Collaborate with user departments to identify system requirements and functional specifications.
• Manage application lifecycle tasks including deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve end-user support requests for existing systems.
• Lead special interest groups to optimize application usage and improve service levels.
• Serve as a liaison between Information Services and clinical departments like pharmacy and nursing.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Pharmacy.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist License (OPL) and Certified in Field (CIF).
• 1-3 years of experience in systems analysis, pharmacy, or healthcare operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Access, Project, and Visio.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medication use operations.
