What you will do

• Lead full life cycle Oracle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design, and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Communicate effectively with senior audiences to deliver strategic insights and difficult messages.
• Drive the development of business cases to support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Coach and develop team members while demonstrating executive presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, IT, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience in a consulting practice.
• Minimum of 5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle.
• Industry recognized professional certification.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
• Strong leadership skills and experience with application integration and back-end data connectivity.
