What you will do

• Lead site and contractor teams in implementing and complying with project HSEQ requirements.
• Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and stop work if safety is compromised.
• Identify and resolve complex on-site technical problems and implement installation testing procedures.
• Coordinate consortium partners and subcontractors to ensure execution on time and within budget.
• Manage progress of change requests (technical, time, and cost) and prepare claims.
• Deliver lessons learned and ensure timely closure of contractor punch items.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction of large industrial plants.
• Working knowledge of HSEQ legal and management system requirements.
• Knowledge of international technical standards, including Pressure Equipment Directive, Machinery Directive, and ATEX.
• Must hold Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS), a valid Safety Contractors Certificate (SCC), or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for reporting and documentation.
