What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, testing, and rectification of faulty street lighting and illuminated signs.
• Supervise Street Lighting Operatives on-site to ensure safe working practices.
• Install new equipment in accordance with IEE Regulations and contract specifications.
• Assist the Contract Engineer in the compilation of RAMS for site activities.
• Attend breakdown incidents and emergencies to make damaged equipment safe.
• Maintain accurate records and report vehicle or equipment defects to the Senior Engineer.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Stourport, UK
• Proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance, specifically in street lighting or highways.
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical site-based tasks.
• Strong understanding of IEE Regulations for Electrical Installation.
• Capability to supervise personnel and ensure compliance with safety rules.
• Valid driving license and ability to operate allocated company vehicles.
