What you will do

• Lead the Vertica product management team, owning the overall product vision and strategic roadmaps.
• Define and implement a modern product operating model leveraging design-led practices and customer discovery.
• Identify market opportunities, prioritize features, and validate engineering timelines to drive commercial success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success leadership.
• Act as a public thought leader and spokesperson for the business unit with analysts, customers, and partners.
• Lead competitive and win/loss analysis to refine product positioning and value propositions.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of product or business experience with enterprise data, analytics, AI, ML, or cloud data platforms.
• Demonstrated expertise in data lakehouse architectures, data warehousing, and cloud-native analytics (e.g., Iceberg, Delta Lake, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Proven track record of leading teams in rapidly scaling technology/software businesses.
• Expertise in B2B application product management and product operations (OKRs, roadmap governance).
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business or Technology; MBA strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel between 5-25% as required.
