What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of innovative product strategies and roadmaps for Auto and Umbrella offerings.
• Own P&L performance, operational objectives, and strategic outcomes for assigned product areas.
• Drive product innovation from ideation and prototyping through launch and market adoption.
• Analyze market trends, competitive insights, and customer needs to identify growth and digital opportunities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including underwriting considerations, pricing, and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to ensure effective and compliant product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of industry experience in product management, underwriting, operations, or actuarial fields.
• Direct experience leading product strategy for Auto and/or Umbrella insurance products.
• 4+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Must be based in the continental United States.
• Strong executive communication skills and ability to manage P&L performance.
