Salary: $89,800 – $125,500

What you will do

• Support the development and execution of product strategies to drive profitable growth.
• Perform financial, market, and competitive analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
• Partner with IT, Pricing, Claims, and Regulatory teams to implement product enhancements.
• Coordinate state filing activities and support responses to regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key performance indicators like loss ratios and retention.
• Manage assigned product initiatives and track project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance, product management, or pricing.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence tools for reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of insurance product development and underwriting processes.
