What you will do

• Define and lead the AI product strategy and 12–18 month roadmap for participant engagement and advisor enablement.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities using customer research, behavioral data, and competitive insights.
• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate prototypes, guide product trade-offs, and support rapid iteration.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet strict compliance, legal, risk, and fiduciary standards.
• Drive go-to-market planning, stakeholder communication, and adoption measurement for AI-enabled products.
• Influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, and investment teams to align on product vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in AI or machine learning roles.
• Strong technical fluency in LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic workflows.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered products from discovery through launch.
• Experience working in regulated environments and partnering with compliance and legal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics).
