Instructional Designer

TL;DR

Instructional Designer (L&D): Designing end-to-end learning solutions that address real business and performance challenges with an accent on product mindset and measurable outcomes. Focus on formulating learning hypotheses, validating them through pilots, and continuously improving learning architecture to drive organizational performance.

Location: Remote or hybrid (office in Serbia). Relocation support to Serbia is available for the employee and their family.

What you will do

• Design learning solutions that address real business and performance challenges.
• Define learning objectives, behavioral changes, and measurable business outcomes.
• Create end-to-end learning experiences, including architecture, paths, and practice activities.
• Formulate and validate learning hypotheses through pilots and iterations.
• Apply learning and business metrics to evaluate effectiveness and impact.
• Develop reusable learning frameworks and scalable design patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate or B2B Learning & Development.
• Experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Experience Designer, or Methodologist.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Product mindset with the ability to focus on business goals rather than just content.
• English: C1 level required for international communication.
• Ability to make decisions in situations with incomplete or ambiguous information.

Nice to have

• Experience in both corporate L&D and EdTech environments.
• Experience supporting learning in fast-growing technology companies.
• Understanding of how learning initiatives influence operational metrics.
• Spanish language skills.
