What you will do

• Own user acquisition with a primary focus on Meta Ads and exploration of additional channels.
• Launch, manage, and scale App Install and Web2App campaigns to achieve business KPIs.
• Drive performance through continuous testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify root causes of changes to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Creative, Product, Analytics, and Engineering teams to improve acquisition and retention.
• Build relationships with advertising platform partners to leverage expertise for scaling.

Requirements

• Deep hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (setup, optimization, bidding, targeting, and auction mechanics).
• Proven experience with Web2App campaigns and understanding their differences from traditional App Install.
• Strong analytical skills in attribution, conversion funnels, incrementality, and statistical significance.
• Ability to independently analyze data and translate insights into growth opportunities.
• Active use of AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve workflows.
• English: B2 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling campaigns with large advertising budgets.
• Experience working on live mobile games or gaming products.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms.
