Own Meta end-to-end as our primary acquisition channel and drive scale. Hands-on performance role with real ownership: large budgets, aggressive but controlled scaling, AI-first workflow.

What we expect
• 5+ years in UA / performance marketing
• Expert-level, hands-on Meta Ads, deep command of campaign optimization and scaling at high budgets
• Experience managing $500K+/month spend
• Experience witj with other channels: TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, AppLovin
• Deep daily use of AI tools: automated workflows, reporting pipelines, creative generation at scale
• Web subscription / B2C products
• Strong analytics and experimentation mindset
• High autonomy
• English B2+
