Strong Middle BI/DB Developer (iGaming)

Location: Lviv, Ukraine. Hybrid work is available after the first three months, with an 80/20 office/home schedule through the end of 2026. From 2027, work will be primarily office-based, with up to 10 work-from-home days per year subject to manager approval.

What you will do

• Develop real-time data processing and aggregation pipelines.
• Create and modify data marts to enhance the data warehouse.
• Manage internal and external data integrations.
• Design and deliver different types of business intelligence reports.
• Work with Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, and Apache Kafka.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and other computer science fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of at least one relational database, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and partitioning.
• Practical experience with ETL/ELT processes and creating or supporting data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise business intelligence platform.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of analytical data warehouse systems such as Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse Analytics, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Programming experience with Python or Java.
• Experience with Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, or additional data tools and systems.
