TL;DR
Middle BI/DB Developer (BigQuery/PostgreSQL): Developing real-time data processing and aggregation pipelines for an iGaming SaaS platform with an accent on data mart optimization and warehouse enhancement. Focus on designing complex reports, managing internal/external integrations, and optimizing SQL queries for high performance.
Location: Hybrid (Lviv, Ukraine). Hybrid work schedule (80/20 office/home) available until the end of 2026; from 2027, transition to primarily office-based work.

What you will do
- Develop real-time data processing and aggregation pipelines.
- Create and modify data marts to enhance the data warehouse.
- Manage internal and external data integrations.
- Design and deliver various types of BI reports.
- Work with a tech stack including Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, and Apache Kafka.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field.
- Strong knowledge of at least one RDBMS (Google BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, or MySQL), including query optimization and indexing.
- Practical experience with ETL/ELT processes and Data Warehouse support.
- Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise BI platform.
- English: Intermediate+ (B1) proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking.
- Location: Must be based in Lviv to support the hybrid work model.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of analytical DWs such as Azure Synapse Analytics, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake.
- Programming skills in Python or Java.
- Experience with Apache Airflow and Apache NiFi.
