What you will do

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
• Track probation periods, employee lifecycle changes, and prepare HR reports.
• Organize company events, team buildings, and various engagement initiatives.
• Prepare internal announcements and coordinate company-wide communications and surveys.
• Support HR process improvements, automation, and the implementation of new tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HR Administration, or Office Management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with HR systems.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
