People Operations Officer (HR): Managing the daily functions of the People Operations department including employee lifecycle and internal communications with an accent on employee engagement and organizational health. Location: Remote (Core overlap required: 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH time)

What you will do
- Lead internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, including company events and virtual town halls.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding and orientation to performance review coordination and PIPs.
- Develop and facilitate Learning & Development (L&D) programs and a company-wide mentorship framework.
- Maintain employee records (201 files) and ensure compliance with all pre-employment requirements.
- Analyze employee satisfaction via pulse surveys and collaborate with leadership to resolve workforce risks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations, HR, or Administrative roles with a focus on engagement or onboarding.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva) for internal company announcements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for core overlap between 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH time.
