• Perform regular staff education and energizers to ensure brand understanding and perfect serve standards.
• Analyze territory performance to identify growth opportunities and protect existing accounts.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new strategic hotel openings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
