What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to design and implement effective treatment programs.
• Perform routine service, testing, and data analysis to ensure program safety and performance.
• Maintain inventory records and generate detailed service reports for clients.
• Address technical issues at customer sites and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to advance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Must be based in Texas, USA
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in industrial water treatment, specifically with boilers, cooling towers, or wastewater.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate at all management levels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver's License.
