What you will do
- Manage and train mobile repair technicians to ensure consistent service delivery and repair quality.
- Coordinate repair scheduling at hospitals to maximize technician productivity.
- Drive incremental revenue by developing maintenance programs in collaboration with sales directors.
- Monitor and report monthly KPIs related to customer expectations, productivity, and revenue.
- Recruit, hire, and manage the budget for field-based repair staff.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and FDA regulations and maintain high standards of quality control.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 40% to 70%.
- Must be able to work in-person at clinical settings and comply with all vendor credentialing and vaccination requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in Field Service Management or supervision.
- Strong coaching, management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs, specifically Excel.
- Experience in customer-facing roles within hospital or healthcare environments.
