What you will do

• Coordinate daily shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries.
• Prioritize workload for the shipping team and provide day-to-day guidance and training.
• Manage shipping documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and export documents.
• Execute system transactions in SAP for inventory movements and order fulfillment.
• Schedule pickups and resolve transportation issues with carriers.
• Operate material handling equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin, NH.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Nice to have

• Previous team leadership or coordinator experience.
• Forklift certification.
