What you will do

• Lead the service and management of a portfolio of the UK’s largest Tech, Home, and DIY retailers.
• Develop strategic and tactical recommendations using EPOS and other relevant datasets.
• Create high-quality, story-led analysis and presentations for retail partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client service meets agreed standards and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in an analytical or insight-based role with strong numerical skills.
• Ability to transform complex data into clear, structured, and actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data handling and reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work in London, UK.
