Graduate Pricing Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Eastleigh, with flexibility around location within the UK and opportunities to work from home.

Salary: £30,000–£34,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyse data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and competitor developments.
• Support pricing reviews with data-driven insights and monitor sales and customer retention.
• Help develop and improve pricing models and analytical tools.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Validate data, test pricing changes, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with teams on pricing, continuous improvement, and innovation projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a similar numerical subject, with a minimum 2:1.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence working with data and large datasets.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly, with strong attention to detail and organisation.
• Basic coding skills; SQL, Python, or R are advantageous.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
