What you will do

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy of the general ledger and internal reporting.
• Lead the annual group audit process and act as the primary liaison with external auditors.
• Manage UK and US corporate tax compliance and coordinate with tax advisors.
• Support group consolidation and statutory accounts preparation for various legal entities.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives, championing the use of technology and AI tools for automation.
• Partner with FP&A and Commercial Finance to provide senior-level financial insights to the Executive team.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Must be based in the UK.
• Experience with group consolidations in global, multi-entity, and multi-currency environments.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRS 102, US GAAP, and UK/US tax compliance.
• Experience in private equity-backed businesses, ideally within the consulting sector.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
