What you will do

• Manage the health and business value of assigned client communities as the primary point of accountability for strategy and performance.
• Coordinate with internal technical, creative, and moderation teams to deliver strategic priorities and key objectives.
• Plan and execute community initiatives, including AMAs, competitions, and engagement campaigns.
• Produce executive-ready reporting that translates engagement data into a business-impact story for senior stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the client to internal Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to guide product development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise or blue-chip brand client management.
• Availability and responsiveness during core US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
• Ability to translate complex engagement data into credible business-impact narratives for executives.
• Strong judgment regarding brand safety and alignment for high-profile clients.
• Proficiency with Discord, Reddit, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Fluency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) for building automations and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience running your own Discord server or active participation in several communities.
• Fluency in the tech sector, including familiarity with product cycles and matrixed stakeholder environments.
