Community Manager

Location: Remote, with availability during core US Eastern Time hours

What you will do

• Own the strategy, performance, health, and business value of assigned client communities.
• Coordinate technical, creative, and moderation specialists to deliver consistent services aligned with client priorities.
• Plan and run campaigns, AMAs, competitions, and events against engagement and growth KPIs.
• Prepare executive-ready reports connecting engagement data, outcomes, and competitive insights to business impact.
• Represent client needs across Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of enterprise or blue-chip brand client management experience.
• Strong client communication, strategic advisory, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability and responsiveness during core US Eastern Time hours.
• Experience managing multiple accounts and specialist stakeholders with a proactive, adaptable, and organized approach.
• Sound brand-safety judgment and the ability to identify on-brand and off-brand risks.
• Fluency with Discord and Reddit strategy, Notion, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as Claude and Gemini.

Nice to have

• Experience running a Discord server or actively participating in several communities.
• Technology-sector experience or experience working inside a technology company.
