Environment, Health, and Safety Lead, EMEA

Location: Dublin, Ireland; must be based in Ireland with approximately 30% travel across the EMEA region

Salary: €65,000–€80,000 gross annual base pay

What you will do

• Lead environment, health, and safety compliance across EMEA locations, including Ireland, the UK, France, Dubai, South Africa, and other regional sites.
• Conduct site audits against local health and safety legislation, produce prioritized action plans, and track corrective actions through completion.
• Develop EHS policies, procedures, training, and induction programs adapted to local legal and cultural requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments, support incident investigations and root cause analysis, and act as the regional point of contact for EHS matters.
• Maintain and develop ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems where relevant.
• Oversee facilities operations for Irish sites, including vendors, contractors, space planning, office moves, projects, inspections, fire safety, security, and maintenance documentation.

Requirements

• Relevant EHS qualification, such as a NEBOSH Diploma, Level 8 in Health & Safety, or equivalent.
• Experience in a multi-site or regional EHS role covering office, operations, and warehousing environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and strong compliance auditing skills.
• Confident training and communication skills across cultures and seniority levels.
• Facilities management experience and a full, clean driving licence.
• Valid passport for EMEA travel and residence in Ireland are required.
