What you will do

• Own cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and manage partner relationships.
• Optimize Developer Experience (DevEx), focusing on improving PR, deploy, and test-suite efficiency.
• Establish reliability standards using the Four Golden Signals, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Build and govern a unified data stack including warehouse/lake, ingestion, and dbt.
• Lead strategic data analysis and experimentation frameworks for product and business growth.
• Build, mentor, and coach a team of engineers and future leads.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in platform, infrastructure, or data functions.
• Track record of hiring and growing engineers and developing future leads.
• Hands-on depth in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern CI/CD.
• Direct experience operationalizing SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.
• Proficiency with modern data stacks and data governance (GDPR, PII, data contracts).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Madrid, Spain.
