What you will do

• Develop and execute a global reseller partner program strategy centered on a "Partner First" approach.
• Design and manage partner programs in collaboration with Sales to drive engagement and revenue growth.
• Create onboarding tools, collateral, and documentation to simplify the reseller experience.
• Partner with IT and Operations to implement reporting, analytics, and system workflows.
• Lead the Partner Enablement Certification & Badge Model across Marketing, Services, and Sales Enablement.
• Build and lead a team responsible for partner programs, enablement, and incentive management.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience managing reseller or channel partner programs in the technology or SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of innovating partner program design and delivery.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a self-motivated approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional, high-performing teams and driving consensus.
• Ability to manage collaboration across distributed, remote teams.
