CLO Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in London. The role follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support the structuring and execution of new issue, reset, and refinancing CLO transactions.
• Run and maintain complex cash-flow models to assess returns, risks, and structural behavior.
• Perform scenario, sensitivity, and stress analyses across various credit and market assumptions.
• Monitor CLO performance, coverage tests, and triggers while preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze CLO debt and equity tranches in primary and secondary markets.
• Support due diligence on CLO managers and assist in the investment process for mezzanine debt.

Requirements

• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office four days per week.
• Experience in structured credit, leveraged finance, or related credit markets.
• Strong analytical foundation with proficiency in cash-flow analysis and credit risk.
• Understanding of CLO structures and documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a transaction-driven environment.
• Clear communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external advisers.
